Thoughts on Living the Reiki Precepts

Just for today: Do Not be Angry
By practicing the precepts and having regular Reiki sessions, we begin to strengthen this spiritual awakening. When we allow angry emotions to be in control, we disconnect from our path of #self-discovery.
Through contemplation and meditation on the first precept, Do Not Be Angry, we may begin to identify why we experience anger. Taking the time for this contemplation helps us understand the source of our anger and the reasons it’s triggered. This insight allows us to heal and better express ourselves in the future.
The more we seek to understand ourselves, the closer we become to the pureness of our true self.
